Lamb feast on Hanuka
In honor of Rabbi Yaron Buki’s certification for shchita and nikur, he slaughtered a tender lamb and the community cooked and dined together. We also celebrated Ellie Schlanger’s birthday. The highlight of the evening was when R. Yaron hacked apart the sheep skull in order to fry its brains!
